Chess

I am a club-level chess player currently rated about 1800 FIDE, with peak ratings over 2100 in blitz and rapid on chess.com. My grandfather taught me the rules of chess when I was three years old, but I became obsessed with the game in my freshman year of college. From 2021 to 2024 I ran 64: A Chess Podcast, with notable guests including GMs Peter Svidler, Anish Giri, Peter Heine Nielsen, and Maurice Ashley, among many others. I was fortunate enough to work as an interviewer on-site for an elite chess tournament in Berlin in May 2023. Feel free to contact me if you’d like to play a game!
